These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CryptoLive mobile application for Android (“the App”), developed and published by CryptoLive (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App and discontinue use.

2) Description of Service

CryptoLive provides cryptocurrency market data, price tracking, watchlists, portfolio management, price alerts, and related features for informational purposes only. The App does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should not make financial decisions based solely on the information provided by the App.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4) User Accounts

The App does not require account creation or sign-in. All user data (watchlists, alerts, portfolio entries, preferences) is stored locally on your device.

5) CryptoLive Pro Subscriptions

The App offers optional premium subscription plans (“CryptoLive Pro”) through Google Play. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Pricing: Subscription plans and pricing are displayed in the App before purchase. Prices are in USD and may vary by region.
  • Available Plans: Monthly ($4.99/month), 3 Months ($12.99), 6 Months ($19.99), Annual ($29.99/year).
  • Billing: Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy.
  • Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, unused portions convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.

6) Pro Features

CryptoLive Pro includes: unlimited watchlist, ad-free experience, Pro charts, Pro alerts, market indicators (Fear & Greed, Market Cap, Sentiment), market position analysis, smart portfolio analytics, market heatmap, and home screen widgets. Feature availability may change over time.

7) Free Tier & Advertising

The free version of the App includes banner advertisements served by Google AdMob and optional rewarded video ads to unlock certain features temporarily. By using the free version, you consent to the display of ads.

8) Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App are owned by CryptoLive or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App.

9) Third-Party Services & Data

The App uses third-party APIs and services to provide market data:

  • CoinGecko — Cryptocurrency market data
  • TradingView — Pro chart widgets
  • DexScreener — DeFi/DEX token data
  • Google AdMob — Advertising
  • Firebase — Push notifications and analytics

We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party data. Market data is provided “as is” and may be delayed.

10) Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. CRYPTOCURRENCY MARKETS ARE HIGHLY VOLATILE AND UNPREDICTABLE.

11) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRYPTOLIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12) Not Financial Advice

The App provides market data and analytics for informational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always do your own research and consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.

13) Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

15) Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CryptoLive operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
